I hope that your seasons are going great and that your meets are running smoothly! Reminder: Be sure to email the opposing teams with volunteer needs and pool information at least 7 days prior to your scheduled meet. For a sample email, see the Meet Director training tab on the GKAISA site.

As we head into the middle of the summer season, we wanted to update you on a few things:

MEET SCORES

At the conclusion of your dual and tri-meets, please send your score to Cary Smith at [email protected] . You can also use this email to report errors or suggestions for the GKAISA website.

POOL INSURANCE CERTIFICATES

Pool insurance certificates were due by June 15. An Excel spreadsheet showing certificates received is attached hereto. If you have not submitted your Certificate of Insurance, please email it to GKAISA Vice President Angelia Nystrom at [email protected].

GKAISA CITY MEET T-SHIRTS

It's already time to start thinking about City Meet T-shirts. Please promote the sale of the shirts to your parents and swimmers. Proceeds from t-shirt sales go toward helping defray the costs of City Meet and to assist in funding GKAISA scholarships for senior swimmers. This year's shirt will be a light blue. Cost will be $15. A Word version of the order form is attached.

All orders must be received at the City Meet Entry Meeting on July 18.

TEAM LOGOS

We will be able to post team logos on the video boards during our Senior Swimmer recognition. If your team has seniors who will be recognized, please send your logo in .jpg format to Marshall Goldman at [email protected]. Logos must be received by July 10 in order to be posted.
