City Meet Update
Team Reps and Head Coaches,
We are looking forward to seeing you at the Meet Entry Meeting this Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm at Allan Jones. In addition to bringing your entries and t-shirt order forms, we wanted to remind you of a couple of things and advise of some changes.
UPDATE RE DRINKS FOR HOSPITALITY: Bring to Meet Entry Meeting.
Each team participating in City Meet is required to either bring 3 boxes of 12-count cans of soft drinks so that we have soft drinks available at City Meet. If your team does not want to bring drinks, please bring a check payable to GKAISA to the Meet Entry Meeting on Wednesday. You can also bring your drinks at that time. Representatives from KRC will be there to collect them.
CITY MEET ADS: DEADLINE EXTENDED TO WEDNESDAY
Hang your team or business banner from the railing on the concession side of the Allan Jones Aquatic Center (under the scoreboard). The cost to hang a banner will be approximately $250 for all three days, depending upon your banner size. Anyone who pays to hang a banner will also receive a 1/8 page ad in the City Meet Heat Sheet.
Spaces to hang posters in the concourse of the Allan Jones Aquatic Center will be available for purchase. Costs are as follows:
12” x 18” $10.00
18” x 24” $15.00
24” x 36” $20.00
Posters should be on posterboard or construction paper and submitted to Kelley Perkins for approval by at AJAC on Thursday, July 26.

Heat Sheet Ads are also available for purchase. Prices are as follows:
1/4 page $85.00
1/3 page $110.00
1/2 page $140.00
Full page $250.00

This is also a reminder to get the names of your senior swimmers to Marshall Goldman. You should complete the form document that was emailed out last week.
