City Meet is fast approaching. 

Heat Sheet Ad sales help us defray the cost of City Meet for our teams. We are asking your assistance by promoting City Meet ad sales with your teams.

Promotional Banners:

Hang your team or a business banner from the railing on the concession side of the Allan Jones Aquatic Center (under the scoreboard). The cost to hang a banner will be approximately $250 for all three days, depending upon your banner size. Anyone who pays to hang a banner will also receive a 1/8 page ad in the City Meet Heat Sheet.

Heat Sheet Ads, with Video Board Option:

Heat Sheet Ads are also available for purchase. This year, advertisers purchasing Heat Sheet ads may also purchase the option to have their logo on the video board at various times throughout the meet. Prices are as follows:

1/4 page $85.00 (with video option for an additional $150)

1/3 page $110.00 (with video option for an additional $120)

1/2 page $140.00 (with video option for an additional $100)

Full page $250.00 (with video option for an additional $50)

All Ads are due by July 15. Logos should be submitted to Kelley Perkins at [email protected]in .jpg format for display on the video board, as well.

Payments

Payments for all of the above can be made either online with Meet registration or by check at the Meet Entry Meeting. Payments may also be made by check payable to GKAISA and mailed to GKAISA President Angelia Nystrom at 613 Scotswood Circle, Knoxville, TN 37919.
