Good morning.  I hope everyone has rehydrated and rested from the long, hot weekend!

I want to clarify the meet entry process a little more for non-SwimTopia versus SwimTopia team entries.

FOR NON-SWIMTOPIA TEAMS

• Import the Hy-Tek Meet Entry file (available under the 2019 City Meet tab on the GKAISA website) into your preferred program.
• Complete your entries as usual.
• Export your entries.
• Email the entries file to [email protected].

FOR SWIMTOPIA TEAMS

• Under the Schedule tab click ADD SWIM MEET at the bottom of the page.
• Choose New (Empty) Swim Meet.  You do not need to import the file.
• Complete the information as requested (name the meet, date, time, location, etc.) and click save.
• From the Meet Setup tab, choose the EVENTS submenu item.
• On the right side of the page, choose APPLY TEMPLATE.
• Select GKAISA City Meet (85 events) and click Save.
• Complete your entries as usual.
• Export your entries from the Merge/Export submenu item in the Hy-Tek format.
• Email your entries to [email protected].
