Team contact information has been updated on the GKAISA website. Please visit https://gkaisa.swimtopia.com/team-contacts to verify that your team’s information is correct. Also, please be sure that all of your provided contacts received this message.

SCHEDULING MEETING

Our Scheduling Meeting is scheduled for this Tuesday evening, March 21 at 6:00 pm at Sacred Heart Cathedral School gymnasium.

I have attached the Scheduling Sheet. Please use this sheet to record your meet information as they are scheduled, whether prior to or at the Scheduling Meeting. We will verify the information for all teams/Leagues at the scheduling meeting.

ALSO, be sure that the coaches in your League elect a representative to the Coaches' Council. Please give us your League’s elected representative at the Scheduling Meeting.

CERTIFIED OFFICIALS CLINICS

We are scheduling clinics for Certified Officials this year. If your team is willing and can host a clinic, please reach out to Tom Schumann at [email protected] to get on the schedule.

COACHES’ TRAINING

Coaches Certifications are due June 1. Coaches much submit Athlete Protection, Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Death, and two signature forms required by State of Tennessee. Any coach not turning in the forms by June 1 will be fined $50. Please submit the forms via Google Docs on GKAISA website. Information found at https://gkaisa.swimtopia.com/coaches-training-1. CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE

Certificates of Insurance are due June 15. Please submit via Google Docs on GKAISA website.  If you have questions, please contact Sherren Chadwell at [email protected].
