GKAISA News and Notes: July 18.... City Meet Information

Our GKAISA City Championship Meet is almost here! We look forward to seeing your swimmers and you for three GREAT days of swimming.
Timelines, Warm-up Assignments, and Psych Sheets are posted on the GKAISA website at the following link:
Worker Assignments were posted yesterday and sent to your teams via email. If you have questions regarding your shifts, please reach out to Cary Smith at [email protected]. Please be sure that your shifts are covered, and be sure that GKAISA has the name and cell phone of your Volunteer Coordinator. That information can be sent to Cary Smith at the above email.
The Tent Map will be posted tomorrow. If you did not request a change in tent size or location, you are likely in the same location as last year. Remember to be kind to your Tent neighbors and keep your swimmers and parents in your tent. Please do not erect pop-up tents, and please do not place chairs, towels, etc on the sidewalks or walkways. We are guests at the University, and we need to be good stewards in the use of their facilities.
Pre-ordered t-shirts will be available in the lobby at Allan Jones beginning at noon on Thursday. T-shirts are boxed by team/day. You will need to sign when they are picked up. Please verify that your order is correct as soon as you pick up the box. We have a very limited number that can be used in case errors are made. We intend to sell those shirts when the doors open. Cost of shirts purchased at the meet will be $25.
Parking passes are available for pick-up tomorrow from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. If you have not picked up your passes, please make arrangements to do so. There will be a very limited number for purchase during the meet, first-come, first-served. Cost will be $20 each.
If your parents do not want to pay to park, parking is available at the old Metron lot, which is about 1 mile from the Aquatic Center. Please note that no shuttle services will be provided.
