Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Just a friendly reminder that the Meet Scheduling Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 19th at 6pm in the Sacred Heart Gymnasium (711 S. Northshore Drive, Knoxville). 

Attached is the form with the required information needed from each team.  There are a couple of changes to assist me in completing the entire league schedule for Swimtopia.

As a reminder - all official meets will be added to your team website and linked via the league.  Any and all changes to those meets must be communicated with GKAISA so to ensure uniformity across all involved teams and the league.  The only meets you need to add to your website would be unofficial meets (i.e. intrasquad, etc.).

If your league has already completed your meet schedule with 100% agreement of all involved teams then you may be excused from attending on Tuesday evening IF AND ONLY IF ...

• All information on attached document is included for every meet in your league
• All teams document approval of the schedule.  If electronic/email approval is given, then only 1 email with all meet information and approvals (a reply all email chain with attached schedule) should be sent to [email protected]. If you have completed the attached form then all teams will need to sign each form as per usual procedure and then those forms may be sent electronically to [email protected]. 
• Once the above documentation is received/reviewed then you will receive an email reply noting that you have completed the meet scheduling requirements and therefore do not need to attend the meeting. (Hoping to make this process a little easier for the teams and the GKAISA Board.)
