SwimTopia Update Instructions
> Team Admin login to team SwimTopia account
> Click "Manage Team" from account drop-down menu on top right
> Click "Roles" from the menu bar
> Click "Assign Roles" button on right side
> Add/Remove appropriate team personnel to each SHARED role (head coach, assistant coach, meet director, team rep, volunteer coordinator) for the season.

Please send ONE GOOGLE FORM per team with the updated contact information so that it can be updated on the league website for other teams to utilize for communication purposes. The form will email you a completion link so that you may update it as needed. Ensure that you click SUBMIT at the end of the form. The form link is on the right side of the GKAISA website.
