Teams-

Please find attached the meet scheduling template for this summer.  There are 3 tabs at the bottom.  The first tab is for example purposes only.  The second is for leagues 1-5, which consist of 5 teams.  The third tab is for league 6 to account for the 6 teams. 

The team names and the schedulers names should be changed to accurately reflect the information you are providing.

Extra meets may be added to the template as well.  Be sure that all teams are listed if it is a "junk meet" or so that the meet can be added to each team website schedule. Intrasquad meets are at the discretion of each team and are listed for convenience only.  

Only ONE spreadsheet per league needs to be submitted by the March 25th deadline via email to [email protected].  

You will note at the bottom of the spreadsheet is a location for each of you to place an electronic signature indicating agreement with the schedule (so no need for all the 'reply all' emails).
