Good afternoon. See below for a summer update.

MEET SCHEDULES

• Regular season meet schedules (including City and SMI) will be uploaded on team websites by Swimtopia very soon. The league spreadsheet was sent to them last week. Teams are not responsible for adding regular meets to their schedules.
• DO NOT unlink swim meets. Swimtopia builds the meets and links to each team's and GKAISA's websites.
• Rain-outs and other meet changes: Notify the team reps involved and GKAISA (Sherren) so that all websites are adjusted the same.
• Intrasquad meets: Teams will need to add any intrasquad meets to the schedule.  Since no linking is involved, those meets are not sent to Swimtopia.

TEAM CONTACT INFORMATION

DUE ASAP: Team Reps should submit team contact information via the Google doc link on the GKAISA homepage. (linked here as well).  Complete the information and click SUBMIT. You will get a confirmation email with a link to send updates as needed for your team. This information will then be updated on the Team Contacts (<-- linked) page, which is utilized by all of you as you plan your meets.  "2025" is noted by the team name once the information is received/updated.

COACHES' TRAINING

• Due BEFORE June 1
• Found under the Training: Coaches Training tab on the GKAISA website
• Submitted via Google Doc link - PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS

CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE (COI)

• Due by June 15
• Be sure that your COI covers your entire summer season
• Found under the Training: Certificates of Insurance on the GKAISA website
• Submitted via Google Doc link

OFFICIALS TRAINING

• Officials' training process is outlined under Training: Officials Certification tab on the GKAISA website
• Upcoming virtual training dates: May 1 and May 13

LEAGUE FEES

• All teams must pay league fees before the first practice.
• The link for payment is on the right side of the home page of the GKAISA website

IMPORTANT DATES
