Hello everyone,

Can you believe how much it costs to give your kids one of the greatest experiences of their lives? Every year we love to watch the faces on our 8 and under swimmers when they first walk into Allan Jones Aquatic Center from Clerk of Course. For most it is their first time in the building and competing in front of that many people. How about watching those 15 - 18 year old kids jump and scream like they're 8 and unders for their team's relay at the end! The excitement is palpable!

Unfortunately, like everything else, the cost of hosting the GKAISA City Meet increases every year as we seek to provide all aspects of the meet to ensure it runs smoothly and
provides that experience for all of our East TN Swimmers. To combat that we launched a comprehensive sponsorship program two years ago. We have an amazing commodity to provide to our sponsors as we pack Allan Jones Aquatic Center full of potential customers of all ages. As we have in years past, we have prepared a Media Kit for the 2025 GKAISA City Meet - that kit is attached to this email and can be found on the GKAISA website. I would like to send out a request to everyone to spread this media kit to your local businesses and ask for their support. We have a sponsorship level to fit all budgets, from a $250 heat sheet ad all the way to the Gold Level Event Sponsorship for $8,000.

*** New for 2025*** Live Stream Promotion! As we are ramping up our capabilities with the Live Stream we are now offering the opportunity for our Sponsors to get their name out in front of everyone watching from home, their tents or maybe on their phone or tablet inside the building. Both Gold and Silver level sponsors will be afforded sponsorship space on the Live Stream with Gold Sponsors having their logo visible throughout plus an advertisement slide for all downtime and delays. This is an amazing opportunity for our Sponsors and we believe there will be folks very excited to have their name in front of an estimated 6,000 viewers!

As we did last year we are offering a great incentive! Any team signing up a Gold Level Sponsor gets their City Meet Tent fee covered (one tent)! That's right, be the hero of your team and help keep team costs down for the year. Maybe your team will even honor
you with a big thank you sign hanging on your tent for all to see!
