Good morning GKAISA -

The weather has been less than cooperative in our shortened summer swim season this year.  The mission of GKAISA is "to provide an opportunity for swimmers 18 years old and younger to develop a passion for the sport of swimming while gaining swimming skills and learning the principles of team work and sportsmanship."  In light of everything, we want to ensure that the athletes who have made the effort to attend swim meets, but not yet been able to splash are able to compete at City meet as well. If you have a swimmer that does not officially have meet results this year because the meet they were attending was rained out and is scheduled to be made up after City, then please add them to your entries and provide a copy of the heat sheet showing the anticipated meet participation in your email. We sincerely hope this helps alleviate some stress for the athletes, coaches, and families.

Also, just a reminder that today is City Meet Registration and Entry day (due by 8pm).  What does that mean for you?

1. Each TEAM must register on the GKAISA website (big registration button on top right side of page). Information you need prior to registering.

> Team Tent size

> Number of Tom Schumann Memorial GKAISA Championship Meet t-shirts to order per size. Personally, I look forward to seeing these shirts around town on all of the GKASIA families in memory of such a wonderful person as Tom Schumann.  He is missed.

2. Entry file from each team must be emailed to Sherren Toomey at
[email protected]. Refer to the Meet Entry Procedures document on the GKAISA 2025 City Meet website for further instructions

REMEMBER that you have until Monday July 7th at 6PM to make changes.
