Coaches,

I am looking forward to serving you all this year as we approach another GKAISA City Meet!  As I have done in year's past, I want to make a STRONG plea to you to send out the PDF re-cap of your entries to ALL of your parents. You will receive this PDF from me as a receipt when you submit your entries.  While you are trying to proof sometimes hundreds of entries, parents are only looking for one name!  Their kid!  If you have inadvertently missed someone or entered a time wrong, there is a strong likelihood the parent will catch it!  This will save SO many tears and recriminations because, as you should know, late entries and time changes and event changes are NOT allowed after the final deadline for changes on Monday at 6 pm.  

Also, if you think you are going to have any issues with the printed deadlines, please alert me and Terry Gardner, Meet Director, in advance of these deadlines.  The Monday at 6 pm deadline is set so that we can have the Heat Sheet to the printer in plenty of time.  We want to make sure all swimmers have a chance to be entered into the meet, but last year, several coaches did not respond to my repeated requests for updated files and consequently some swimmers were left out of the meet.
