As a reminder, you are responsible for contacting a tent rental company, placing the order and paying for your team tent.

If your team’s tent size is going to be different (either larger or smaller) from last year’s, you MUST let Harry Whiteside know by Tuesday night (July 25) at the latest. If you or your tent contractor show up with a different size tent from last year, it will upset the tent setup scheme and you might not be able to use it.
