Waivers for the Parent-Athlete for Concussion Awareness and Sudden Cardiac Arrest have been added to the online registration process for all teams.  If you have this already added for your team, you should delete your team waivers for this as it will be redundant.  Adding this to your registration process is intended to streamline your process and not require you to keep track of all of the papers.  There is a choice where you can print out the registered swimmers on your team.  It will have all the waivers and medical info for each swimmer.  You need to do this and have it with you at all meets.
