All corrections are due Monday no later than 10 pm.  If you can send them earlier that would be most appreciated. If you are not sending any corrections please send me an email noting that so I will not be waiting for your file.  When you send corrections, send a brand new file. The psych sheet and the heat sheet needs to be done before I can go to sleep Monday and I have to be at work the next morning!  I am not available between 8 and 4:30 every day so if you contact me, I will get back to you after work.

Every year I get multiple requests to add swimmers to the meet for various reasons.  The 10 pm Monday night is a hard deadline.  No one can be added after that time.  Do yourself a favor and send a list of entered swimmers from your team to ALL your parents before then.  I guarantee you at least one of you will get a call after the psych sheet is posted from a parent who is sure they signed their kid up and their kid is not on the psych sheet. You can save all of us a lot of time and grief if you will just give your parents a chance to proof their kids entries and entry times.
