Whittington Creek just had a very successful team registration using Swim-team.us.  Their experience as described by Robin Barre' is shared in the event it may be helpful to your team.

"WCST had our Registration Day at the clubhouse yesterday from 3-5pm. And for the first time, instead of using any paper sign ups, we set up a table with about 6 laptops on our wi-fi. Parents came in and sat down at a laptop and did their online registration - while 2 helpers stood by to answer questions and/or walk them through the process. It went great!! We signed up 85 swimmers in 2 hours - with very few people waiting for a laptop.

We had the room set up like this:
1) Parents went to the t-shirt sales table and shopped for team gear
2) Then they went to the laptop and did their online registration - adding their team products
3) For the waivers page, we had copies of all the waivers printed out sitting by each computer for them to reference before checking the I agree button
4) The volunteering page was also turned on so that they could sign up then for any positions they wanted - or they could skip that page and do it later
5) When finished, they hit the Pay Later Button and then went to our Check Out Table

6) Our Treasurer had their Registration Status Report pulled up on another laptop. From there she could look at each family’s receipt for correctness, enter their payments by check or cash, and update any fees.
